Project Development, Execution, and Management
Project conceptual definition / scoping – including site selection, complete project cost and timeframe estimation, specializing in capturing complete scope including utilities, ancillaries, permitting scoping (with 3rd party / affiliate support), offtake evaluation, EPC and contractor bidding and selection.
Execution and Project Management -Technology and Engineering definition packages, in house or 3rd party engineering leadership through process design (Schedule A), in-house or third party detail design, EPC and contractor management, construction oversight, fabrication expediting and management through mechanical completion.
Operations and Organizational Leadership
Facility staffing and startup – plant manager selection and oversight, plant team selection and development, systems / processes / procedures creation.
Precommissioning, commissioning and startup - planning, systems acceptance from contractor / execution team, procedures preparation (commissioning documentation) and management.
Operations - planning, procedures preparation (SOPs), management and optimization, continuous improvement.
Manufacturing Sourcing and Scaleup
Supply and offtake partners – supplier and partner development and agreements, contracts negotiation, supply chain integration and continuous improvement programs.
Supply Chain Development and Optimization – structured qualifications processes for identifying, qualifying and onboarding suppliers domestically and internationally.
Fabrication shop selection and oversight – covering fully shop fabricated systems including processing equipment, utilities, water treatment and power supply / management domestic and internationally.
